Technical Program Manager

Hello! I am excited and happy to have been welcomed by G&F Precision Molding, INC to be part of their team. Here’s a little about myself: I’ve been happily married to my wife Lori for the past 17 years and we are proud parents of our two wonderful boys. I enjoy spending time outdoors running and biking, and especially hiking and camping in the White Mountains. I also like dedicating some time to coaching my sons’ baseball and flag football teams.

Prior to G&F, I started my career in Connecticut as a mold designer in a mold-making shop soon after graduating college over 20 years ago. Throughout these years, I have had exposure to many industries, such as medical, cosmetic, automotive, and caps and closures. A few years ago, I was given the opportunity to become an adjunct instructor at a local community college where I teach SolidWorks. There is nothing more rewarding than to see a student develop skills that will help them secure a job in the engineering/manufacturing world.

Hello everyone I’m Shawn Whitney. Right out of High School I Joined the Air National Guard out in Westfield MA. There I did 6 years of service where I began my adventure into architectural drafting and surveying. I went to Porter and Chester institute for architectural drafting and design, and in 2013 took some classes at Quinsigamond College for GD&T and Solid works and began to convert into mechanical/manufacturing design. I ventured into CMM programming not long after I went to Hexagon and Zeiss training. I am happily married and live in North Brookfield MA. Welcome Ryan Breuer

Ryan Breuer
Project Engineer

Hello everyone, I’m Ryan Breuer. I’ve just graduated WPI’s mechanical engineering program, class of COVID19. My focuses were in materials and manufacturing – metallurgy, ceramics, plastics, investment casting, injection molding, and forging. Outside of work, I play music (violin/fiddle, some guitar and mandolin), enjoy hiking and the outdoors, and try to cook something a little better than box macaroni for dinner. I also have a part-time business forging knives, swords, and other metalwork.  Just be careful asking about it; I’ll talk your ear off.
