Jessica Shoar-Billings
Inside Sales Representative

My name is Jessica Shoar-Billings and I have been welcomed by the G&F Precision Molding, INC as an Inside Sales Representative. My background has been a balance between sales and accounting, but I have really enjoyed working with customers within the plastics industry for almost a decade now.

I graduated from Worcester State College in 2008 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. I went on to earn my Master’s of Business Administration from Nichols College, graduating in 2012.

My favorite role of all is that of being a mom. My husband of eleven years and I share two young boys and we have a 95lb. boxer dog named Bronco. When I am not chasing my littles around, taking them on adventures and supporting their sports/activities, my hobbies include being active (particularly running and paddle boarding). My family and I are major foodies and when football season rolls around we spend every game day as if it were a holiday.

Technical Program Manager

Hello! I am excited and happy to have been welcomed by G&F Precision Molding, INC to be part of their team. Here’s a little about myself: I’ve been happily married to my wife Lori for the past 17 years and we are proud parents of our two wonderful boys. I enjoy spending time outdoors running and biking, and especially hiking and camping in the White Mountains. I also like dedicating some time to coaching my sons’ baseball and flag football teams.

Prior to G&F, I started my career in Connecticut as a mold designer in a mold-making shop soon after graduating college over 20 years ago. Throughout these years, I have had exposure to many industries, such as medical, cosmetic, automotive, and caps and closures. A few years ago, I was given the opportunity to become an adjunct instructor at a local community college where I teach SolidWorks. There is nothing more rewarding than to see a student develop skills that will help them secure a job in the engineering/manufacturing world.

Welcome Ryan Breuer

Ryan Breuer
Project Engineer

Hello everyone, I’m Ryan Breuer. I’ve just graduated WPI’s mechanical engineering program, class of COVID19. My focuses were in materials and manufacturing – metallurgy, ceramics, plastics, investment casting, injection molding, and forging. Outside of work, I play music (violin/fiddle, some guitar and mandolin), enjoy hiking and the outdoors, and try to cook something a little better than box macaroni for dinner. I also have a part-time business forging knives, swords, and other metalwork.  Just be careful asking about it; I’ll talk your ear off.
