Hello, I’m Amanda Brown. I began my manufacturing career as an Operator and have worked my way through roles including Set-Up Technician, Process Technician, Shift Lead, and now 2nd Shift Supervisor. My journey has been built on hard work, continuous learning, and a passion for growing both personally and professionally. I’m grateful for the mentors and teammates who have supported me along the way, and I believe every experience is an opportunity to learn and improve.

I’m excited to be part of the G&F Precision team, where I look forward to contributing to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence. I take pride in delivering quality results while keeping safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction at the center of everything I do.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, listening to music, and attending concerts. I’m also a proud mom of three amazing children who inspire me every day to work hard, embrace new challenges, and become the best version of myself.
